Appropriate uses

FarHere is for lawful, location-specific visual information in public places or locations where the provider has clear authorization. Requests should define a place, purpose, approximate route or scope, timing, and duration.

Never allowed

  • Following, locating, identifying, or investigating a person.
  • Stalking, harassment, intimidation, discrimination, or retaliation.
  • Covert filming, hidden-camera activity, or viewing private spaces.
  • Trespass, bypassing security, restricted areas, or unlawful entry.
  • Child-focused requests or unaccompanied services involving minors.
  • Sexual or intimate content, emergencies, weapons, drugs, or dangerous instructions.
  • Capturing passwords, financial credentials, private documents, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Protect people nearby

Keep the camera focused on the agreed subject. Avoid filming bystanders, homes, documents, screens, and identifying details that are not necessary. If someone objects, move the camera away or end the session. Do not record the session without proper authorization and consent.

Immediate danger

FarHere is not an emergency service. If anyone faces immediate danger, end the session, move to safety, and contact local emergency services. Do not use the app to investigate or intervene in a dangerous situation.

Report a concern

Use the in-app Report function when available or email support@farhere.com. Include the account email, approximate date and time, request or session identifier, category of concern, and a factual description. Do not email passwords, full payment-card numbers, government identification numbers, or backup codes.
