1. Going online
Opening FarHere does not automatically make a provider available. A provider must deliberately choose to go online. Going offline should stop new live availability promptly. A limited expiration may protect against a provider accidentally remaining visible after losing connection, but it does not override an intentional offline selection.
2. Independent provider relationship
Providers choose whether, when, and where to offer services and which eligible requests to accept. Providers are not authorized to make commitments on behalf of FarHere. Final public terms will define the independent-contractor relationship and any jurisdiction-specific requirements.
3. Service standards
Before accepting, review the proposed location, route or scope, duration, timing, instructions, and offered compensation. Provide an honest live view, follow lawful and reasonable instructions within the agreed scope, protect bystander privacy, and communicate when a request cannot be completed.
4. Location and availability
Location should be used only for active matching, travel, and session operation. Do not falsify location. FarHere is designed not to expose exact provider coordinates on a public discovery map. Providers control notification and location permissions through their device and account settings.
5. Offers, fees, and payouts
When live payments are enabled, each opportunity should show the principal scope, estimated duration, offered amount, and expected provider payout before acceptance. Extensions require mutual approval. A third-party payment processor may handle identity, bank details, tax information, payouts, refunds, and disputes.
6. Verification and taxes
Becoming a provider may require identity, eligibility, payout, and tax onboarding. Requester-only accounts should not be asked for provider tax information. Providers are responsible for their own tax and licensing obligations except where applicable law requires the platform or payment processor to withhold, collect, or report.
7. Safety and refusal rights
Never trespass, enter a dangerous location, follow a person, film private activity, interact with minors on an unaccompanied basis, or perform a hazardous or illegal task. You may refuse or end an unsafe request without completing the visual task. Use the in-app report and emergency-exit controls when available, and contact local emergency services for immediate danger.
